Your personal information will be stored in a confidential database system and you can be assured of our utmost protection of these information. Your data can only be accessed with individually identifiable and verifiable information, such as your BC login ID and Password. Upon successful registration, you will be assigned to a password generated by an automatic system. Thereafter, you may login to the website and change your password.

You will be responsible for the safe-keeping of your login ID and password. You shall also be responsible for all activities carried out on the website logged under your login ID and password.

You agree to:
  1. notify the Business China secretariat immediately when you suspect unauthorized use of your login ID and password.
  2. perform proper log out from the Business China website after every use.
Business China will not bear responsibility for any losses caused by member’s non-compliance to above regulations.

Use of Collected Data
We may use the Data provided during membership registration for one or more of the following purposes:
  • For your event(s) reservation
  • For identification and verification
  • For sending you updates on latest events and news related to Business China
  • For internal research, to better serve you when you use the services provided by Business China
  • For contacting you
Your data may be disclosed when required by law or court order or as requested by other government or law enforcement agencies.

Access or Correct your Data
As a member, you are entitled to access or correct your personal Data. To do so, you may login to the Business China website by supplying your login ID and password.

Email Updates
Occasional updates regarding our programmes and events will be emailed to you. If you do not want to receive these information, you may choose to unsubscribe by sending an email to contact@businesschina.org.sg, stating “unsubscribe” as the subject header.
