China-born Leiny Tan came to Singapore in 1991 at the age of 23, and became a citizen in 1994. Now, as a mega-wealth private banker with Citigroup, she is in charge of the China market. Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew wants to see 50 Chinese-turned-Singaporeans like her every year.
