Young Leaders Programme aims to grow a crop of young enthusiastic Singaporeans who are well-prepared for challenging careers in the China operations of Singapore-based companies. Through this programme, they gain valuable work, live and play experience in China.

This programme is primarily targeted at Corporate Members of Business China. Programme participating companies can customise overseas immersion training for their staff to gain on-the-ground market knowledge and help to grow their business internationally. Staff must take on a job posting in his/her market of immersion. Alternatively, he/she can be based in the company’s Singapore HQ while overseeing the immersion market.
